Key Account Manager - The Role: A proactive approach to looking after regular clients, with client retention being the number one priority. This role will involve daily contact with clients, including some face to face client visits. Each account manager will be responsible for a number of regular clients, ensuring they are looked after to very high standards. At all times we expect employees to be friendly, helpful, honest, challenging and accepting of challenge and to uphold all of the company's values. Key Account Manager - Key Responsibilities: - Having a proactive approach to clients work, reminding clients of previous work schedules and ensuring all elements of a client's interaction is efficiently run - Up-selling and helping to grow existing sales - Client visits to help learn and understand the client fully - Keeping PACE database up to date with accurate customer information - Keeping PACE up to date with delivery details, proofs, key dates etc to ensure jobs are on track and visible throughout the system - Arranging client reviews and keeping regular contact - Requesting estimates and proofs and forwarding on to clients when necessary - Chasing/ progressing work and ensuring clients enjoy a good experience, work is produced to time - Raising job bags and putting work into production - Quote and job follow ups - Reporting to SMT on key client data - Support Key Account administration Key Account Manager - You: - Well-organised, independent and able to work under pressure - Personable and able to build a rapport with clients - Able to respond to any challenge and have a can do attitude - Calm, reassuring but able to deal with a multitude of things under pressure - Have a pro-active approach to client management, looking for opportunities and helping the client ensure everything is kept on track To submit your CV for this exciting Key Account Manager opportunity, please click 'Apply' now This job was originally posted as
