ABOUT US The Woodland Trust is the UK's leading woodland conservation charity. We want to see a UK rich in native woods and trees, for people and wildlife. THE ROLE Sitting within the Brand & Communications department the Digital Content Editor will create and publish high quality, engaging online and offline content. You'll contribute to our content strategy and best practice guidelines to ensure high web standards. The job is challenging and varied. You'll work alongside marketing and communications colleagues to produce high quality content, creating webpages, blogs, videos, emails, and offline materials to a wide-ranging audience. THE CANDIDATE You will be an excellent writer with the skills to deliver key messages and have experience of working with content management systems and using SEO tools and techniques. You'll have experience reviewing the effectiveness of digital content and providing recommendations based on that insight. Positive and results focussed, you'll be responsible for liaising and advising key business areas with the Trust, so you'll need a collaborative approach and excellent communications skills, alongside a meticulous attention to detail. Please note you will be expected to attend the Grantham head office at least once a month. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT There's no other organisation like the Woodland Trust.
