Due to our success we are looking to add to our award winning head office team. We are looking to add to our credit control finance team. We are looking for someone who works well in a team, someone who is not afraid to pick up the telephone and someone with a can do attitude. Key responsibilities of this role include: Process 3rd party timesheets onto Portals and keep track of invoices to ensure that payments are received on time. Liaise with our branches to resolve queries in a timely manner Chase outstanding debt on an assigned ledger. You will therefore need to confident to chase by telephone as well as email Holiday cover, including credit checks and client set up Any other adhoc duties as they may arise This is a full-time position Monday-Thursday 0900-1700 and Friday 0800-1600.
