Industrial/Process Electrician

TSR are looking for a highly motivated Industrial/Process Electrician to to work with a controls & automotion specialist contractor based in Spalding. This role has a requirement for operatives to work away from home approximately 30% of the time Up to £38,000 for a 40 Hour week (Overtime Available typically week is 50hrs) Paid Travel 28 days holiday Pension Health Cover Average OT paid when on holiday Power Tools Uniform iPhone Van Fuel card PPE Living Away Expenses Package: Competitive rates of pay. (approx £18/hr) We would like to base your standard working hours on Monday to Friday 40 Hours per week, however this is normally in excess of 50 hours per week, flexibility is essential on both parts. Accommodation provided and food allowance when working away from home - Living Away Expenses £40. Overtime available with Expected Earning up to 25% of Salary. Holiday entitlement is 20 days & 8 bank holidays based on HMRC Average Holiday Pay . This Role includes a percentage of away work as discussed own hotel room will be provided when working away. Company branded clothing will be provided (Snicker Trousers) and all PPE with Safety footwear to the value of £50. 18V Power Tools & Standard Equipment provided. Van will also be provided. Company phone for work & private use. Standard probation of 12 weeks with regular review. Work-Place Pension Scheme Employer 3%, Employee 5%. Opportunity to Grow and Develop The Candidate: Hold a full UK driving license Preferable to have IPAF & ECS card (Training will be provided if needed) The successful candidate MUST be an experienced Electrician Experience within industrial & commercial electrical installations Experience of testing and fault finding within a process control environment would be an advantage but not essential As a minimum you MUST have a City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ 3 & 17th or 18th edition of BS7671 (Training will be provided if needed) Candidates must be dependable, reliable and have a willingness to learn Candidates must have a positive, pro-active approach to working in a team environment along with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Candidates must be able to work to a high standard in terms of quality and health & Safety Hours of work: 40 hours per week plus overtime (Typical week is 50hrs plus) Role: Installation of containment services to include ladder, tray, basket, conduit (Galvanised & Stainless Steel) Installing LV & HV switchgear, control panels and secondary equipment. Power and control cabling installation and termination. Testing and commissioning controls. Complying with all current regulations. Overtime is required to be flexible to meet clients requirements. Comfortable working away from home when required. To read and understand electrical engineering drawings. Excellent communication skills (verbal/written).
