Call Centre Assistant

Our client in the center of Ipswich is looking for call center assistants to help with a peaktime in the companies year. You will be taking inbound calls from customers and assisting them through there enquiries. The only outbound calls you will need to make is calling customers back. We need someone who is customer focused, friendly and able to work off there own initiative. The office is a big friendly, open plan space, with an on-site canteen, as well local amenities near-by for your lunch break. The role is until 31st March 2022, but may continue after. There is a £1000 retainer if you are stay on until this period. Before starting you will need to complete a credit check and DBS, once this has been processed, your initial 4 weeks will be training based before starting the role full time, once you are fully trained there are options to work flexible from home after a discussion has been had with your manager. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm The office is based in the city centre and there is limited parking available; public transport is advised.
