Customer Service Host Are you happy, friendly & approachable? You could soon have a new role as a Customer Service Host. Here you will be doing exactly what your title says providing members and guests with the best experience whilst they are visiting the Health Club & Spa. As a Customer Service Host you will: Present a positive first impression of the Day Spas friendliness, excellent service and high standards. Greet Guests upon arrival, inform Guests of how their day will run, monitor the check ins and enter Guests into the computer system Manage the flow of Guests into the café and treatment areas Show Guests around the facilities Inform Guest of current promotions Ensure a great visit and make sure the guests leave felling happy and refreshed. As a Customer Service Host you will also assist in other departments such as: The cafe - assisting the team during busy times to ensure all guests are happy Front of House - We dont like to keep people waiting, you may be required to assist the front of house team during busy periods General Housekeeping Customer Service Host Requirements: Must have an understanding of beauty treatments we offer A desire to help out where needed and work as part of a team Passion for providing extraordinary service An appetite for learning Flexibility to work a variety of shifts - earlies lates and weekends Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand/walk and stay focused and alert for extended periods of time If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you Apply today and a member of the team will be in touch
