The Old Orchard is a picturesque 5-bedroom bungalow situated in the large village of Radcliffe-on-Trent, overlooking the River Trent. It supports adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities with associated sensory needs. The home has five, fully-accessible bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is an open plan kitchen and dining area and a communal lounge. We have a large garden with two ponds. We are fortunate to have a large summer house with electricity and heating, which means we can use this all year round. The local area also has lots of lovely countryside to explore and small shops, cafes and pubs to socialise in. Our Support Workers are the heroes of our workforce. They are the ones who overcome daily challenges to achieve amazing outcomes for the people we support. Each day will be different, and the main focus of your role is to enable those you support to have meaningful days, feeling empowered to live the life they love. You will be part of a trained team of support staff supporting customers with all aspects such as;
• assisting them with any medication
• personal care requirements
• helping with domestic tasks
