Tier 1 Technical Support

My Client are a Telecoms company with their own fibre network in the South East of England. They are currently looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join their team of experienced advisers to deliver support to their customers on a daily basis. This is a Tier 1/2 support position and would be suited for an individual who is looking to learn and develop their career. You will be responsible for:
• Offering technical support to customers
• Working with the team to resolve complex cases
• Book appointments for customer installations, service calls and network maintenance
• Providing out of hours support You will have experience with the following:
• Routers
• Switches
• Hotspots
