1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst (Desktop) 1 st / 2 nd Line Support Analyst (Desktop) - Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory - 6 months - good rates - Lincolnshire / Cambridgeshire- Major client requires a 1 st / 2 nd Line Support Analyst to join an existing team and help support their Desktop infrastructure. As a 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd Line Incident management supporting 3rd Line support teams with problem management and all IT Infrastructure, desktop, laptop, mobile / fixed telephony and business applications to clients (internal and external) and ensure that service levels are achieved, customer expectations are met or exceeded in regards to performance, meeting defined metrics/benchmarks and that standards and processes are followed to provide effective customer service and meet requirements. You will be required to control the root causes of incidents caused by errors within the IT infrastructure and applications and find preventative measures against reoccurrences.
