eClinical Program Manager

As eClinical Program Manager, your primary role will be to provide project management, administration and leadership across operational and/or other project teams, in order to ensure on time, on budget delivery of eClinical solutions to our clients. You'll be expected to provide clients with timely project status information and serve as the key operational interface between your assigned clients and Calyx. Your experience will include: Program Management
• Planning, directing and coordinating activities to manage and implement a program from contract /proposal initiation to final operational stage including the transition into "business-as-usual"; plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the program
• Ensuring that programs are managed to realise business benefits and that program management is informed by an awareness of current technical developments Project Management
• Takes full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of medium size and complex projects (typically with direct business impact and firm deadlines).
• Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.
• Ensures that realistic project plans are maintained and ensures regular and accurate communication to stakeholders.
• Change Management
• Developing implementation plans for complex requests for change
• Evaluating risks to the integrity of service environment inherent in proposed implementations (including availability, performance, security and compliance of the business services impacted)
• Financial Management
• Advising on financial planning and budgeting
• Initiating, developing and approving financial plans and forecasts
• Relationship Management
• Identifying the communications and relationship needs of stakeholder groups
• Translating communications/stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables
• Facilitating open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans Qualifications :
• Proven working experience of project management methodologies (such as PMP Prince2 Practitioner, Agile, Lean Six Sigma)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum), UML, Object Orientated, Data
• Experience using tools to communicate progress to Stakeholders
• Experience of highly regulated environments (GxP, Financial, etc...) or relevant experience from another domain that is transferable
• Modeling, Process Modeling and/or other development methodologies
• Solid Professional experience in the same or very similar role
• Solid experience of managing a multiple project simultaneously and / or programs of work
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentational and written communication skills
• A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
• Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail
• Must have the ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Demonstrable ability to apply critical thinking to problems and tasks
• Shows initiative and self-confidence, is adaptable and able to cope with changing and evolving priorities
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Proactively participates in skills improvement training and encourages their teams to participate
• Maintains an up-to-date awareness of trends, tools, technology, techniques and processes that affect the Life sciences and Project / Program Management domain
• A self-starter and able to work under own initiative
• Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
