HSE Advisor - Manufacturing - King's Lynn - Up to £35,000 About the Company An exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturer, with several locations across the UK. Recent acquisitions and continued investment across all sites offering great working environments and progression opportunities. The HSE Advisor will work alongside the Group HSE Manager, assisting in generating and promoting a positive H&S culture across three sites within East Anglia. Advice on all aspects of Health & Safety, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice. HSE Advisor - The Rewards £30,000 to £35,000 Dependent on Experience Car Allowance Annual Bonus Pension Life Assurance HSE Advisor - Requirements NEBOSH Certification in Occupational Health & Safety NEBOSH or IOSH Environmental Management Certificate - Highly Advantageous Proven track record within a fast-paced continuous manufacturing environment Strong ability to quickly grasp and understand business specific H&S risks A clear understanding of current environmental, safety and compliance legislation obligations Strong Audit skills Experience in leading HSE projects HSE Advisor - Responsibilities Generate and promote a positive H&S culture across three sites in East Anglia, advising on all aspects of H&S within the workplace, ensuring compliance with legislation and adherence to best practice to deliver business objectives Deliver safety awareness programmes and toolbox talks Support implementation of the Environmental policy and associated procedures Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure consistency of approach to H&S across the business Implementation and management of an effective Risk Management system, Identifying and mitigating as appropriate Manage site accident reporting, carrying out thorough investigation and corrective actions as necessary Maintain audit standards and represent the company with external and internal regulatory bodies, securing relevant operation permits Support the induction process of new employees About Us Detail2Recruitment acts as an employment agency in respect of this position.
