Propositions Manager Experian Way, Nottingham NG2 1EP Full-time Department: Marketing and Communications Role Type: Hybrid Employee Status: Regular Schedule: Full Time Job Description The Propositions Manager is responsible for accelerating the development and execution of propositions across the Identity and Fraud portfolio. This role will work closely with our go-to-market, product management, and product marketing teams to align these propositions with the customer needs of our different vertical markets. Objectives: Exhibits a deep understanding of markets and buyers in order to devise and develop relevant propositions Accelerates the development of propositions across the portfolio to align with customer and market needs Drive clear communications to support the product management team to articulate our value proposition. Work with the Head of Propositions & Portfolio Marketing to define long term strategy as ID&F shifts from a product led organization to a proposition led organization. Deliverables / Activities: The Proposition Manager drives sales enablement, marketing materials, professional services work packages and product customisation. Outlines and articulates the competitive differentiation between Experian propositions and our market competitors Help shape the product roadmap to better aligns with the needs of the UK&I region. Supports pre-sales, sales and delivery through client engagement activities. This includes the preparation of materials as well as undertaking sales enablement activities to support our GTM teams to sell more effectively. Qualifications Ability to create value propositions and messaging strategies Ability to link product capabilities to organizational campaign themes and goals Ability to navigate culture and politics across multiple functions Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills Relevant domain expertise and market trends, experience in the Identity, Fraud or Security markets is strongly preferred.
