Business Development Director

An opportunity for an experienced Business Development Director to joining a market-leading office supplies organisation who provide complete office solutions to all areas of industry. Selling products and services that range from office supplies to office furniture, data archiving to IT hardware and software, they provide a completed consolidated solution. The business, part of multi-billion-pound group is going through a significant period of growth and development and are continuing to add to their established sales team. This is a field-based sales opportunity primarily focused on generating new accounts with spend from £100k in value. Your annual target will be £500k. You'll do this by creating a bank of leads, qualifying them and converting in to spending accounts. The business is highly recognised as a forwarded thinking company with an exceptional training and development programme along with a structured promotional plan for their employees ensuring they grow effectively and organically. They require a high performing Business Development Director/Manager who has excelled in their field and who is used to selling a solution with a consultative approach. On offer is a basic salary of £40,000 - £45,000 with a realistic OTE of £15,000 - £20,000. This is uncapped and you could earn significantly more.
