Change Analyst Change Analyst, Analyst, Change, ITIL v3, Microsoft, Customer Service, Service Desk, Change Management Nottingham (Flexible Working) £23,000 - £25,000 per annum A Change Analyst is required by our IT MSP client based in Nottingham. As a Change Management Analyst, you will be responsible for managing change within the ITIL framework, this role would suit an ITIL analyst/ Service Desk analyst with a background in ITIL looking to move into a change role. As the Change Analyst you are responsible for day to day administration, maintaining accurate record of all activity in ITSM toolset. Accountable review of all Change Requests, checking for compliance against defined process with guidance from the Change & Release Manager in preparations of progression or rejection at Change Advisory Board (CAB). You will also be involved in the improvement of all activities within the ITIL Change and Release Management processes in order to ensure the integrity and stability of existing and new services. You will assist with weekly activity reports including forward schedule of change, post implementation review documentation and CAB minute/action taking. Key Accountabilities: Maintain a high degree of customer service for all aspects of the role ensuring the Change and Release Manager is always well informed Take ownership of Change Analyst role Innovative thinking in terms of service quality and improvements Accountable for Change & Release communication between all relevant parties, including forward schedule of change Establish and maintain timely communications with all Change management stakeholders Use call logging tool (or other agreed mechanisms) to maintain accurate records of Change records Adhere to other service management policies and processes relevant to the role, including change management, availability management and security management Undertake initiatives as directed by line management Assist with service improvements relating to IT service management Experience: At least 2 years ITIL analyst/ Service Desk analyst and experience in a similar role Previous experience of customer service / helpdesk focussed role (ideally educational industry) ITIL Foundation V3 certification Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite In the first instance please submit your CV.
