Support Workers

FitzRoy has two Supported Living services in West Earlham providing care and support for adults with learning disabilities and autism. We are seeking exceptional new Support Workers to join our friendly team - could this be you? Vacancies available: Day rate of £9.16ph to £10.08 Full Time ( 37.5hrs per week) and Part Time Weekends ( 15 hrs per week) Shifts 0715 - 1445 and 1415 to 2145 For this role you will be required to have a Full driving Licence and be prepared to drive the residents out into the community A support worker's day is varied, and flexibility is required. You will be providing care and support individually tailored to the needs and wishes of people with learning disabilities. You will identify and work together to achieve their goals, enabling choice and control over their lives. You will also be expected to carry out everyday tasks including personal care, taking part in a range of interests and activities that make up a healthy, well balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
