About the role The Service Technician will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, providing both Contract Management & Service Support, specialising in Water Hygiene related activities including the ability to assess, diagnose, determine the most appropriate resolution and support to any interruptions / issues which may evolve. The role will be remote based with travel to sites within your allocated geographical patch. Key objectives of the role include: Deliver a high level of customer service whilst meeting health and safety, financial, KPI, statutory, quality, and contractual compliance Identify, develop, and maintain relationships in relation to those clients within the geographical patch Work with the scheduling team and operations management to maximise productivity and efficiency Provide support to both customers and colleagues with technical input where required Schedule workload & multi-site visits across diverse geographic locations Carry out Hazard/Risk assessments as required on each individual sites Carrying out monitoring and associated tasks About you You will have previous experience working within the Water Hygiene or Water Treatment industry You will have good knowledge of both domestic and industrial water systems You will have the ability to work alone in a multi-site capacity, working to strict quality control systems and operational procedures Ideally, you have experience of TMV servicing and be accredited in Legionella control training however, training can be provided Additional information: Contract: Permanent Salary: £20,000 to £25,000, dependent upon experience Benefits: 28 days holiday, plus bank holidays and the ability to buy/sell days, annual bonus scheme, fantastic contributory pension scheme of up to 15%, Share purchase scheme, flexible benefits scheme including Gymflex, dental and critical illness insurance.
