Job Description Experian's Targeting business within Marketing Services are looking for a Team Leader for our Client Delivery Management team. This is a great opportunity for someone in a key role within our Targeting Delivery function, where you'll be part of the Delivery leadership team. Within the role you'll be leading a team in a fast-paced environment that work closely with our Go-to-Market (GTM) function and directly with clients, to ensure we deliver the best solutions to their needs, whilst building great relationships at all levels. The role allows for working with a wide range of stakeholders from across the Targeting business and wider Experian business, with the empowerment to improve how things are delivered on an ongoing basis. You'll need to ensure that the robust processes in place to protect our data are regularly updated to meet demands from security and our clients. As a line manager you'll be responsible for driving high performance from within your team and embed a culture of continuous improvement in what we do. This includes developing individuals within the team to further their careers as well as developing how we operate to best support overall business growth. You will also create and monitor performance of the team as a whole and act as the initial point of escalation where issues arise. Day to day accountabilities Line management to a Delivery team for the successful execution of solutions to our Targeting clients Operational management for the deliverables required by the Client Delivery Management team including prioritisation Drive high-performance across the function to include high quality output to clients, continuous improvement in deliverables and people development Proactive management of team processes and delivering a strategy for the team Stakeholder management across multiple area's including clients, Go-to-Market, Product and the wider Delivery team Qualifications Who are we looking for? Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Strong experience in delivering solutions for clients in a faced-paced environment Experience within a data driven organisation Previous people management experience Strong problem-solving skillset Ability to influence others Strong inter-personal skills including influencing, communication, multi-tasking, negotiating and problem solving Degree or equivalent level education background LI-SB1 Additional Information Why choose us?
