Junior IT Support Analyst - Flexible Working Junior IT Support Analyst required to provide first-line support for a professional service firm based in Colchester. This role suits anyone with a keen interest in IT Support, who is either looking to start their IT career or has 1-2 years experience and is looking to develop new skills and progress in their career This role is currently remote and will be partly office based and WFH in the future. Working as a Junior IT Support Analyst your key responsibilities will include: Operation of a help desk facility for users throughout the law firm Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Responding to 'How do I' queries Resolving IT Support issues, aiming to resolve as many calls as possible as the first point of contact Identifying clients needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions To escalate calls internally and with third parties Desirable Skills Previous experience in a customer support role Windows 7/10 and Office 2010/365 (desirable but not essential) Experience working within a professional service environment (Finance, Accounting, Legal is desirable but not essential) Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential This is an exciting and rare opportunity for an enthusiastic customer focused individual to be part of a team within a professional services company.
