Senior Customer Service Executive/Customer Service Supervisor

SF Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive/Customer Service Supervisor for our industry leading client with a fantastic working culture based in North Nottingham. The role is a 9 month Contract with the potential to be extended for the right candidate It is essential you drive to be successful for the role. This position is in place to ensure the team provide excellent service to internal and external customers at all times, whilst processing daily tasks to 100% accuracy in a timely and efficient manner. Day to day responsibilities include: - To ensure consistently high level of service is provided by: - Creating a positive first impression and attitude by taking orders in a friendly and efficient manner. - Take responsibility for customer satisfaction - Responding to customer needs by listening and questioning effectively - Completing every order thoroughly so that orders can be processed efficiently and be delivered correctly within agreed time scales - Endeavour to always complete a customer request without having to pass the call to a colleague or call the customer back. Only when the customer is particularly insistent should the call be passed on. It is important for each caller to be dealt with by the first point of contact where possible as this promotes confidence in the company. - Sending out email confirmations/receipts when requested by customers. - Having up to date and accurate information about current offers, promotions and product availability - Supervise temporary staff, ensuring they are correctly trained to enable them to carry out the necessary tasks. - Assist the customer support manager in correctly identifying staff requirements at peak periods, assisting with interviews for the team. - Attend morning stand up meetings on the managers behalf in the managers absence. - Assist with rotas - Conduct Employee Appraisals. - Conduct return to work meetings with employees following sickness absences. - Working with agencies to obtain temporary staff in busy periods. - Complete B2B requests by sending out the appropriate letter and email correspondences asking for references etc. The ideal person will be/have: - The CS Supervisor will be an excellent communicator, well versed with Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Excellent numeracy skills - Minimum 5 years experience in a Senior customer service executive/supervisor role - Extremely well organised Hours: 9.00 am - 5.30 pm Monday - Friday Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 If you think you have the relevant experience please apply online now
