As an Enabling Support Worker you will provide bespoke person-led daily living support, where you will be required to: Work from planned rotas, which may eventually include sleeping-in support shifts Be part of a team that provides 24-hour personal care and enabling support Developing the daily living skills of the people you support to gain greater personal independence Keeping individuals free from any form of harm or abuse Following all support, policy, process and regulatory guidelines at all times Attending and participating in team meetings, required e-knowledge and training Consistently deliver each person's support and risk management plans What's in it for you...
