SUMMARY OF BWC SERVICE TECHNICIAN ROLE: This role will support the cost-effective delivery of Waterlogic GB Limited's desired Field Operations activities, including site surveys, installations, repairs, services, exchanges and collections. Working in partnership with Scheduling and Service Centre Management you will ensure every scheduled activity is completed in a timely manner so that every unit we provide is working to specification. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF BWC SERVICE TECHNICIAN: Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily Document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device Report any potential failures Ensure vehicle is replenished on a weekly basis Maintain regular contact with the Peterborough Service Centre (weekly) to provide updates on progress and report any issues SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR BWC SERVICE TECHNICIAN:- Must hold a full UK driving licence Customer focused approach Ability to work alone & as part of a team Good geographical knowledge of Peterborough service region Additional Information: Monday - Friday working pattern You may be required to work additional hours to meet operational needs Company Van uniform phone and tablet Company Pension Scheme Company Sick Pay (after qualifying period) 23 days' holiday Bank Holidays - increasing with long service PerkPal Benefits 24 hours access to Employee Assistance Programme Volunteering Day Employee support network and mental health assistance Additional Information: This role requires an element of heavy lifting, supported by manual ha ndling training ABOUT US: Here at Waterlogic GB Limited we've developed a culture of putting our customers at the heart of everything we do and that's been the engine that has driven us to becoming the UK's leading specialists at providing drinking water solutions.
