This is a fantasticopportunity for an experiencedCompliance Manager to join out Medirest team at Kings MillHospital.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Medirest team is adhering tocontractual requirements and meeting the agreed SLA's. As a the Compliance Manager, you will hold the responsibility of auditing, analysing data, presenting the information gained from the data and translating that into a written report for people to engage with. Your responsibilities as theCompliance Manager will be varied but will include thefollowing: Ensuring that the contract requirements are met across each of the services that are provided Proactivelyworking with the senior management team Maintaining and improving the systems used to record information Recognising improvements that could be made in accordance to the contract Conductingaudits Ensuring health and safety is met in all areas Creating and monitoring reports Ensuring all teams are up to date with training We are looking for a Compliance Manager with the following experience, skills and knowledge: Analysis of data, converting information to presentation and present information Creating reports on data Monitoring service levels The ability to drive performance across the contract Experience in carrying out a number of different audits such as cleaning audits Someone with an abstract thinking to resolve any problems that occur Facilities Management experience ideally within healthcare Have an approachable and positive attitude compass/TP/52412915/BH
