Resolving order discrepancies with regards to shipping and order reception. Management of logistics e.g. Couriers, Invoice discrepancies. Coordination of GLP & next generation shipments to the US and Germany. Management/Coordination of orders submitted online by customers. Gathering customer feedback and recording within company database. Ensure correct people/departments are made aware and kept up to date on all relevant customer issues. Qualifications : Previous experience in a customer service centric position. Ability to speak French or German would be advantageous. Knowledge of biology or genetics preferred. Proficient with computers, systems, and Microsoft Office suite pro ducts. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
