Robotic/AGV Service Engineer

We are recruiting for robotic Field Engineers to work for an automated materials handling provider into the warehousing industry. This is a stable role with strong plans for growth over the next few years, due to the "online boom". The Role; You will be working for an organisation who design, install and maintain a variety of AMHE systems on behalf of retail and eccomerce customers. Some of the machinery includes;, ASRS and robotic picking systems. As a field service engineer, you will be responsible for travelling to customer sites, assisting any installation, commissioning, training or maintenance on your machinery. You will also be responsible for; Maintaining, automation and ASRS Systems - Servicing and Supporting of our UK Wide customer base - Escalating and reporting are completed in a timely and professional manner - Ensuring Planned Services are completed in line with the Computerised Maintenance Management System - Servicing, repairing and fault diagnosis of all equipment - Liaising with the customer in a professional manner. - Identifying future projects and enhancements to improve throughput and capacity and reduce downtime - Identifying spares and replacement machine parts to ensure limited downtime The Package; Basic salary is from £28,000-£35,000PA (DOE). This will also include, company car, mobile phone, laptop, pension, death in service and a company wide bonus. You will be paid additional O/T over the standard working week, aswell as all services paid for if you are required to stay away.
