Sales Support / Account Management Basford, 9am - 5.30pm Up to £22,000 plus up to £4200 bonus (paid monthly after probation) Overview: Our tech based client is well established, expanding and friendly. They are experts in their field who truly value their staff. For this role you will be ensuring that their customers receive a great customer experience by engaging with customers on the telephone and building a strong relationship with them. They are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and organized person with great communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Answering and responding to incoming sales calls, assisting customers with general queries, and directing them to the right department. Raising customer quotes and processing orders. Processing leads and submitting deal registrations. Updating customers on the progress of their orders and keeping them updated with ETA's. Processing renewals and managing opportunities Offering excellent customer service to Business, Education, and consumer customers on the phone or via email. Providing sales cover to the account managers when out of office and assisting where possible Account Management - One-to-one account management support - working alongside account managers to build relationships with their customers via email and phone to help and assist with day-to-day queries. Post Sales and Vendor Support - Assisting customers with replacement orders, exchanges, and other related errors. Keeping up-to-date and building a sound understanding of all products/services the company has to offer. Liaising with all stakeholders including: Customers - Directly dealing with customers over email and over the telephone. Finance - liaise with the accounts team on account customers Sales - to keep the sales team up to date on projects and general day to day cover Purchasing - providing information on customer orders Dispatch team - declined payments in the warehouse Required Skills: Great communication skills both on the telephone and in person. Confident communicator Previous Sales Support / Account Management / Order Processing / or Customer Service experience Experienced using in house customer management systems (ie Salesforce / SAP etc) Solid knowledge and understanding of customer services Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to keep calm in a pressurised environment. Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels Keen eye for detail Proficient IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge with regards to processes. Professional, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to provide great customer service. Strong work ethic, hardworking, structured and organized with and a keen eye for detail. Always demonstrate a professional manner when dealing with customers and internal staff.
