Soter Professional Services manages ancillary insurance products for the broker, insurer and affinity markets. What will you do as our Administration Apprentice (Training)? This exciting and varied role will involve working with the Training department to design, create and implement training across the company. Duties will include: Working as a key member of our staff on a variety of administrative tasks Helping to create training documents for the entire company Creating meeting minutes Implementing bespoke training plans for departments Using Microsoft Excel and Word Carry out other duties as requested Who are we looking for? We are looking for an Administration Apprentice who is motivated and able to demonstrate good initiative. You should be willing and prepared to listen and learn, in order to develop and grow your skills. You will also: Be able to prioritise tasks well Be able to work on multiple projects at once Have an attention to detail Have great literacy skills Have an interest in training within business Be flexible and committed to working hard and helping the company to grow What do we offer you?
