Technical Interviewer (home based)

The Technical Interviewer specializes in technical screening, candidate pipeline maintenance, ATS data governance, and centralized resourcing service delivery. As an integral part of the centralized resourcing team, the identified candidate will function as a technical SME and as a bridge between the Recruiting team and centralized resourcing team to provide technical summaries and first level assessment of skill sets against CSS requirements Role
• Screen and qualify candidate skills sets as aligned within the RQM service lines
• Document all technical screens through the established technical screening forms for storage in RQM ATS
• Complete candidate pipeline forms capturing tech screen summary and additional candidate details
• Support the Resourcing team KPIs by collecting required data and responding in a timely manner to technical interview requests
• Contribute to ATS data integrity through established best practices and spot auditing
• Coordinate the creation of candidate presentation packages after a competency screen.
• Ad-hoc requests/special projects as needed. Provide technical support and input to recruiters Skill Set Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years of engineering experience in a progressive corporate environment and/or management consulting
• 5 years of medical device or diagnostic industry experience and working knowledge of US and EU regulations.
• Previous experience interviewing and hiring talent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to build effective relationships with recruiting and resourcing teams and candidates
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve while maintaining flexibility
• Strong customer orientation
• Strong collaborator Self-motivated , driven, reliable, and energetic with exceptional work ethic
