Norwegian speaking Customer Service Advisor

A brilliant position within a fast-growing insurance company has occurred for a bright Customer Service Advisor with excellent command of the Norwegian and English language to join a multilingual team in Hitchin, Telford or Norwich. You will have a great personality and will be passionate and hard-working to achieve great customer service. The purpose of the role is to significantly improve the customer service experience. Your responsibilities will include: Being the first point of contact, answering all queries via telephone and email across the Norwegian market Maintaining knowledge of products by keeping up to date with new products and providing guidance and advice on the products Taking ownership of a customer problem, investigating and following it through to a solution where the customer is satisfied Working closely with the marketing team, assisting with social media when required About you: Within this role you are expected to be well-spoken, be able to communicate with people on all levels and have previous experience within the service sector.
