Senior Payroll Manager

I am partnering with a well-established group who are looking for an experienced Payroll manager to join the team. Senior Payroll Manager Responsibilities: Oversee the monthly Payroll effectively. Work closely with other team that feed into the payroll areas of the company. Understand and overview of candidate and client communications. You will be the ultimate escalation points for candidate and client queries. Continually review and adapt business process improvements in line with Company need. Continually review and adapt systems in line with Company needs Overall responsibility for ensuring the tax and statutory and reporting compliance within all the support functions. Issue employees' wages electronic transfers Collaborate with the human resources department to maintain employee data Issue tax forms and related documentation and assist employees to complete them Deduct tax and insurance payments Resolve issues employees have with timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters Change employee bank records when necessary to process payments accurately Other Ad-hoc payroll tasks Senior Payroll Manager Requirements: Self-starter and positive attitude. Previous relevant experience essential Experience of running payroll is essential Finance and accounting related degree must Accounting professional qualifications beneficial but not requirement Previous experience working in education desirable Distinct Recruitment Privacy Policy
