Payroll and Finance Admin

NXTGEN are pleased to be working on an exclusive basis with a very reputable business based south of Kings Lynn who are seeking a Payroller to join the business. This company has recently gone through some very exciting changes and increased its workload due to continued growth. As a result of this the payroll department needs a strong experienced Payroller to join the team to keep up with the new joiners of the business. As a Payroller, you will be playing a key role within the company and will be responsible for a complex payroll. You will work very closely with the Finance department and will liaise with senior management within in the business to ensure all payroll is completed by the cut of date. This is a busy role and will need someone who is able to work dynamically and efficiently. This role will also consist of some other finance duties such as sales ledger and other adhoc accounts admin duties. Although the main makeup of the role will be payroll, you'll need to be able to adapt and help in these areas too,. Key responsibilities of the role will include: - Calculate all auto enrollment payments and ensure these are reported on efficiently - Support production of reports for HMRC including RTI submissions. - Responsibility for P11d/P45/P60 production - Administer the Company Pension scheme and auto enrollment pension scheme. - Manage any client employee queries in a timely and efficient manner - Adhoc administrative duties - Raise all sales invoices for UK equipment sales upon confirmed delivery to customers. - Other tasks performed within the Finance team as and when required If you have experience in a payroll position and are able to complete the above tasks, then I want to hear from you today.
