Littlefish is seeking a Resourcing Lead to join us on a maternity cover contract for 10 months from November 21 to August 22. As the Resourcing Lead, you will be a subject matter expert in resourcing for Littlefish. Providing high levels of customer service internally to all stakeholders on end-to-end resourcing from idea inception, attraction, selection and onboarding. You will report into the HR Business Partner and work closely with your HR team. As this is a standalone position, we need someone who can work autonomously and as part of a team. What you'll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis... Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for roles at all levels Manage recruitment agencies in line with our preferred supplier agreement Understand current and future resourcing needs together with building the candidate pool to meet requirements Source the very best candidates in the market in new and innovative ways to time, budget, and quality using our candidate attraction platforms Arrange interviews and support hiring managers in hiring decisions Provide feedback to candidates involved in each recruitment process Provide recruitment advice and support to key stakeholders Maintain our ATS (PeopleHR) regularly Report on resourcing KPIs monthly providing insights on data for decision making Provide ad hoc reporting to management on resourcing activity Share the Littlefish's story externally to bring awareness of our brand, business, and culture.
