Customer Service Coordinator

Andersen James are working with an exciting company who operate in may different areas including Refurbishment, Repairs and Maintenance, Engineering Services, Regeneration Programmes, Energy Efficiency and Renewables, and Facilities Management Due to sustained growth and demand for their services they are looking to bring on board Customer Service Coordinators into the Domestic Team to liaise directly with their customers in a professional manner to ensure all works are being done to appropriate standards and on time whilst simultaneously speaking with the people carrying out the works. The Role Liaise with clients ensuring a high level of communication. Plan and co-ordinate maintenance contracts, ensuring: All servicing is planned economically in line with the Company's contractual obligations; All works are being carried out cost effectively; Engineers are kept busy at all times; The Client has been called to explain the works to be carried out, and the approximate time of arrival prior to sending engineers to any visit, either planned or reactive Person Specification Over 2 years' experience in a customer service role or similar Well-developed verbal and written communication skills Self-Motivated and enthusiastic Professional call handling If you are interested in hearing more about the role please apply with an up to date CV and someone will be in touch to go through your application in more detail.
