Are you an immediately available Purchase Ledger Officer? Are you experienced, and comfortable managing the Purchase Ledger function for a medium-sized organisation? BTG Recruitment is currently representing a market leader in their field to find a Purchase Ledger Officer to work in a standalone position. This is a temporary to permanen t role in which it is essential that you can start immediately. The business is based in Kimberley, Nottingham (Located closely to Pheonix Park tram station). Working in an accounts team of ten, you will be given the independence and opportunity to control the full Purchase Ledger process. Working on Sage 50 you will be responsible for the following Match and process around 160 invoices a month Creditor reconciliations Reconciling credit card statements Supplier statement reconciliations Chasing PO's internally Resolve supplier queries You will be an experienced purchase ledger clerk, used to matching and processing able to work on your own initiative and communicate effectively at all levels.
