Business Support Analyst (business support analyst, support analyst, support specialist, deskside support, service desk analyst, transition lead, business analysis, support) Business Support Officer is part of the Business Support Team and will be responsible for ensuring the end users are consistently working in line with expectations and processes defined by the Business Support Team during any project delivery and ensuring deadlines and milestones are achieved within the required timescales and budget. Internal and Management You'll be working with all departments across the business to support implementation of business opportunities as well as maintaining support for all BAU processes and systems. You will hold relationships with various stakeholders during projects to help ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. External You will be required to have hold conversations with Local Authorities around any new system process changes. You will also be liaising with our system providers during times of support. Key Duties/Responsibilities Be the face of change and a key contact for the Operations and Central Function team across all project and change initiatives across the whole operational business. Building a support network for your region to build on success after a period of change Ability to track trends and change your approach where needed to be able to support branches achieve expected Key Performance Indicators Maintain and hold monthly calls with your stakeholders to give an overview of progress made and areas where we can improve. Understand and be involved in the development and management of processes and corresponding documentation Supporting the System Implementation Team during times of high volume activity, including conducting full implementations. Work with internal stakeholders to establish their requirements and ensure these are aligned with the business requirements. Being the central point for additional coaching to branches for all systems. Work alongside other teams to assist in data, trend analysis and bespoke requirements Guiding and supporting the Operational Teams on their new journey on the Model Branch platform. in preparation and transition to new systems. Providing on-site support and help for newly-trained employees On boarding process for new acquisitions and TUPE in alignment with City and County Healthcare Group requirements. Operating and updating the new and outgoing systems as needed during any project. A Full UK Driving license is essential, this role will involve nationwide travel and as a result, the successful candidate should be based close to at least one of our office locations.
