Account Manager

My client is a successful well-established Health & Safety and Employment Law advice business based in Nottingham. Due to the continued success and growth, we require an experienced Account Manager who will create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, renew expiring contracts and develop new business from existing clients. Based at Kingfisher House, Nottingham. Responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers Liaise with all internal teams to help improve KPS overall service Keep in regular contact with KPS client base Feedback any issues to the relevant internal departments Encourage clients to renew their contracts Report to your line manager on reasons clients will not renew weekly Record all data in the KPS CRM system Visit clients, when required therefore driving licence, is preferred Have a flair for customer communication and understand consumer behaviour in the marketplace Work to agreed KPIs Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Negotiate contracts and close renewal agreements to maximize profits Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement Prepare reports on account status as and when required Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Encourage referrals and upsells for existing clients and pass these to the relevant BDM Keep up to date with all knowledge of the business and the industry Experience Required: Competent in the use of Microsoft Office 365 Suite Computer Literate Company Benefits: Salary Competitive depending on experience.
