IT Service Desk Analyst I have a really exciting opportunity with a company who are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst. You will receive two weeks of paid training where you are taught how to support the company's cutting edge technologies, as well as training on soft skills to ensure a white-glove service is delivered. Desirable Skills Windows 7/10 and Office 2010/365 (desirable but not essential) Experience working within a professional service environment / Start-Up Environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential This is a hybrid role and can be predominately WFH, however, you are required to work from the office on a weekly basis - meaning you will need to be within travelling distance of Colchester.
