Aftersales Customer Service Advisor

About The Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our dedicated Customer Service team based within our Head Office Working closely with the Service Department you will be responsible for First Time Resolution problem solving, maintaining accurate records and creating accurate documents, report possible quality issues and ensuring a high quality of work is maintained. As well as excellent attention to detail you will need a friendly helpful attitude and confident telephone manner as you will play a vital role in communicating with our customers and our Service Department. Experience in a similar role is preferred, however you will be trained on all aspects of our internal in-house systems. You will however need to be confident in both using and creating both Microsoft Excel and Word documents.
