Sales Section Leader Central Newark c£30k Full Time Monday - Friday Permanent Our small and rapidly expanding Newark based client is looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to help the Supervisor oversee a team of six C/S Executives. The company is experiencing a period of rapid growth and the team need a hands-on manager that can manage and lead a team through these changes. Duties include; Overseeing six staff and managing their daily schedules. Answering inbound calls from clients and managing orders. Managing daily and weekly rotas with holiday and sickness records Implementing all the company's procedures and policies Communicating any problems or obstacles to senior management Monitoring sales figures and reporting these to management Training and coaching Sales Executives Implementing changes to the current CRM system to effect a positive change In order to be considered candidates must have;
• A hands-on approach to work
• Intermediate IT skills including Word and Excel
• Clear and confident telephone manner
• Previous management ability to oversee a small team
• Ability to create Sales reports for senior management
• Some CXRM exposure helpful but not essential
