ICT Manager

About our ICT Manager role: Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will assist in the construction and implementation of the Company's ICT strategy. Your responsibilities as our ICT Manager will include but may not be limited to: - Managing and developing current infrastructure team - Maintaining and improving levels of help desk support across the business - Ensuring adequate hardware and infrastructure resources are available to meet current and future business needs - Reviewing current infrastructure and suggesting improvements in line with industry best practice - Managing the installation, maintenance and administration of Company ICT systems, such as the scheduling and maintenance of data backups and the developing and maintaining of reporting solutions - Playing a key role in guiding and driving staff training around the Company's Microsoft Ecosystem, including the O365 family of products - Managing, developing and rehearsing the Business Recovery Plan - Working with existing partners and developing new relationships with key suppliers to ensure the business remains effective and competitive - Developing and directing all networking safeguards to reduce the risk of outside breaches and protect sensitive internal and external client information - Reviewing and developing a business reporting strategy using available technologies What we're looking for in our ICT Manager: - Degree level or equivalent qualification in IT or a related subject, and/or certifications such as Microsoft. - Experience in an IT management role - Experience working with SQL and familiarity with SSRS and SSIS reporting - Familiarity with endpoint and email protection technologies, local and cloud backup solutions and cloud-based server environments - Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal - Experience of managing and motivating a team - A high level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic - Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 or Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations would be an advantage Benefits our ICT Manager will receive: - Holidays rising to 25 days (after qualifying period) - Pension scheme - Life assurance scheme - Health cash plan - Staff discount on Sealey and Dellonda products - Free on-site parking If you are interested in becoming our ICT Manager and you feel your skill sets and experience match the above criteria then click 'apply' today, we'd love to hear from you
