Digital Acquisition and Social Media Executive We are looking to add a Digital Acquisition and Social Media Executive to our Operations team in Nottingham. You will be at the forefront of the growth of the business, assisting with paid marketing strategy planning and implementation. You will also manage our social media platforms and be responsible for engaging with our Target Audience. Who are we? The Digital Acquisition and Social Media Executive role: As The Digital Acquisition and Social Media Executive your focus will be on planning, implementing and running our paid marketing strategy. You will also be responsible for our social media platforms and engaging with our Target Audience. Responsibilities: You will plan and implement a PPC strategy, using ad-words and sponsored posts to achieve ROI You will plan and implement a SEO Strategy whilst managing link building You will carry out constant website analytics in order to improve our inbound business You will identify commercial digital opportunities You will utilise influencers across our platforms to engage with our target audience and improve our inbound business You will improve our market presence for better Client, candidate and talent attraction You will manage our website and all of our social media channels, ensuring all platforms are constantly up to date and refreshed with engaging content You will engage with a range of target audiences' on social media such as direct brands, investors, clients and candidates by liking and commenting on content You will be responsible for creating blogs, articles and content for our platforms You will take ownership over email marketing You will own personal brand promotion which will see you guiding our sales consultants through improving personal brand image, through individual LinkedIn profiles and encouraging engagement with target audiences. You will work closely with each sales division in order to lead divisional marketing campaigns across our social media platforms You will be up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies keeping us at the forefront of the industry The Person This role is ideal for someone who is keen to take ownership of a Digital Acquisition and Social Media function and see all strategies through from planning to implementation. A passion for being involved with the whole process of planning, implementing and running PPC and SEO strategies Excellent communication skills Ambitious nature A go-getter attitude with the drive to make things happen.
