Position:- Product Marketing Manager Salary - Up to £32000 per annum Office based:- Nottingham Job Description Our client is seeking a professional, experienced & inspirational Product Marketing Manager with talent & flair to lead both product and service marketing to internal sales teams, trade and consumer. As a Product Marketng Manager you will have responsibility for multiple brand product marketing across the Road Angel, Snooper and other own/distributed brands business units focused on automotive & audio product sectors. Working across and supporting internal GTM teams for D2C direct online, consumer market place platform, consumer retail, trade you will be responsible for pitch/strategy/product decks, consumer in print and digital materials to ensure all products are marketed at the highest standard with the creativity and consistency expected for a leading brand in their sector. As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for presenting our clients products in ways that will strengthen their brand in front of the sales teams, customers to boost sell-in and sales through. You will understand the sector and competitive offering and build a comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio in order to drive superior marketing positioning. Following and analyzing sales and market trends to measure the marketing investments and pivot the marketing strategy as needed on the consumer side. In addition, example tasks will include, but not limited to: Working with the directors of the business to create & implement: Content/marketing/launch kit creation/organization/distribution of assets & pitch decks for Sales & Marketing teams Company introduction and competencies deck Product/Service roadmap, strategy & benefits for sales Marketing strategy & target market/demographic segmentation strategy Sample management of demo product and mock-up/design of packaging to aid the sales process Tracking product Toll Gates for samples, production for timing of A content, photography & promotional videos Marketing campaigns & brand building with digital, social and PR strategies Benchmarks including sighting key USPs of Product & Service vs competition Improve process, structure and communication across the sales, product & marketing organization (sharepoint) Ensuring consistency of brand, products and product marketing across all consumer touch points including packaging, internal sales decks, customer/trader/retailer websites, own websites & all digital web/social marketing. Candidate Attributes At least 3 years product marketing experience desirable within automotive or Consumer Goods/Electronics sector Market leading pitch deck/PowerPoint skills Digital marketing experience across multiple social/web channels Artwork/design software experience is a bonus Ability to effectively communicate, present and influence across varying levels and departments of an organization Self-motivated highly active personality with strive to complete stretching tasks within short leadtimes Adaptable and flexible to work in fast moving environments within a matrix reporting structure Impeccable attention to detail and design Must have experience of launching product to market
