Sales Executive - Property Investment (Dubai Based)

As an Investment Sales Executive you will predominantly deal with telephone-based sales, with an element of attending events and face-to-face meetings to generate more business. What's in it for you? Deal with inbound enquiries into the business for example through phone calls, website and campaign leads. Proactively contact potential and existing investors through the existing database and create new leads through cold calling and networking. Develop and nurture relationships with your customers and partners by understanding their needs. Handle objections efficiently and appropriately in a consultative manner Consistently achieve sales targets each month. Attend business events to promote and nurture new and existing customers. Meet with clients and partners face to face when required / appropriate. Ensure relationships are nurtured and created with other companies such as IFAs, 3rd party property agents etc. Assist when needed to support customers through to exchange and completion of properties. Represent the group in a professional manner. Manage pipeline effectively and ensure potential prospects are communicated to Management for forecasting, through daily interaction and prospects meetings. What do we look for?
