Outbound Sales Advisor

James Kay Associates have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Advisor/Consultant working with a well known Telecommunications provider based in Nottingham. In this role you will be based at our Clients office, closing deals and building your own account base in a consultative selling environment. You will be directly contacting business customers to offer them the clients latest products and services, including telecoms, mobiles and IT software. As well as directly selling and providing quotations you will also generate appointments for their Field Sales team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a strong sales personality who is money motivated and looking to join an established and growing company that is an expert in their field. Experience/Boxes to tick: 2 years of sales experience Able to analyse data and spot sales opportunities You will have previously worked to targets and KPIs Professional communicator with the ability to use own initiative Driven with a determination to succeed IT Literate Ability to work alone and as part of a team My client offers a superb package for the right candidate including a basic salary of up to 22k, plus an uncapped commission structure with an overall OTE of around 30-35k. You will have a personally tailored Personal Development Plan to ensure you reach your full potential in your role and you will have fantastic hands-on support where you need it. This is an office-based role in a B2B environment, Monday - Friday (8.30-5) with no weekends.
