Customer Success Executive

Customer Success Executive Nottingham City Centre Salary up to £26,000 Fantastic Benefits including great holidays, private healthcare, dental, socials, bonuses, vouchers and many more. We have a great role within Customers Success that would suit somebody that has incredible customer service skills alongside the ability to successfully provide customers with solutions to problems and anticipate issues prior to them arising. It would also suit somebody that has some experience in spotting opportunities to upsell and successfully introduce new products/solutions into a call. If successful in applying for this role, it will be your responsibility to improve customer satisfaction and retention whilst identifying any opportunities to offer products to support customers in achieving their business objectives. A typical day will include: Responding to all incoming customer contacts within agreed SLA's across a multiple of brands Taking ownership and being accountable for the resolution of the queries of customers that you interact with Continually striving for first contact resolution and looking for ways to drive down failure/waste demand Actively looking for ways to improve the customer journey and customer experience Demonstrating products to customers so that they realise the value of the products Working towards set KPI's and SLA's Escalating all complaints appropriately Processing leads and opportunities when identified, to the Sales Teams Identifying customers who wish to leave the business and escalate them appropriately Developing ongoing relationships with colleagues within the business We are looking for the successful individual to ideally have the following skills: 5 GCSE's C grade or above including English, Maths and IT or equivalent Strong experience in either customer service, sales or customer success roles The ability to introduce new products in a call Be of high aptitude and proactive Have strong attention to detail Good telephone manner Good people skills with the ability to build up relationships both internally and externally Strong organisational and planning skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent questioning and listening skills A strong team player and the ability to work effectively under pressure Good knowledge of information technology - especially Microsoft Office It would also be great if you had: Cross-selling and up-selling experience Experience of working within telecoms/technology industries If you would like to work for a company that has a great office environment, gives excellent benefits and lots of opportunity to develop your career - apply today.
