MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their Quality team with an Assurance and Quality Manager for our one Alliance framework. The one Alliance is a totally collaborative organisation made up of seven partner companies (Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska and SWECO) and their extended supply chain, delivering over half of Anglian Water's capital investment programme. The one Alliance are heading into their latest Asset Management Period, known as AMP 7 and this will see them deliver a £1.4bn programme of work over the next five years. Are you ready to join us as we gear up to deliver the most exciting and innovative AMP we have ever seen? What will you be doing as our new Assurance & Quality Manager? As our new Assurance & Quality Manager you'll lead the Assurance and Quality team, ensuring the right resources, skills and competence amongst the subject matter specialists within the team are implemented in the correct manner. You'll be responsible for overseeing and assuring each procedure and that the relevant owners of each updates and maintains accordingly in line with AMS requirements. Furthermore, you'll ensure compliance with the AMS requirements and assuring continuous improvement is achieved in everything the Alliance does. You'll actively manage and supervise the activities of the team including Operational Assurance Specialists, Delivery Quality Specialists and Water Quality Specialists. Ensuring rigorous and independent assurance and quality assurance of our activities, processes, people and systems, you'll drive a learning and continuous improvement culture across the one Alliance. Key responsibilities: Providing advice to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Alliance Leadership Group (ALG) and one personnel on all elements of the AMS. Communicating changes to the system with advice on implications on working practices. Liaising with Anglian Water and Partner Assurance and Quality teams to reflect amendments to their BMS's (Business Management Systems) that might need to be reflected in the AMS. Arranging for all relevant one personnel to be available for internal and partner audits and being the focal point for audits by auditors and the Partner's Certification Bodies. Establishing and maintaining records of all audits with records of any respective Corrective Action Reports (CARs) or Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Undertaking Management Review with focus on continual improvement. Assisting in preparation of reports on AMS matters to the SLT, Partner Management Group (PMG), Alliance Management Board (AMB) and other meetings. Advising teams carrying out quality investigations. Responsible for the development and delivery of the one Alliance's Assurance and Quality strategy, as part of the wider SHEA and Alliance Strategies. You'll have strong IT skills, especially in databases and Excel with the ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written to a wide range of audiences. You'll demonstrate strong leadership and values a nd be self-motivated, enthusiastic and be confident in taking a proactive approach.
