Recruitment Consultant Account Manager

We are looking for a keen and motivated individual to join our current team as an Account Manager. We're a Recruitment Business specialising in the supply of HGV Drivers across the East Midlands with an established pool of customers that is growing fast. Main Duties Covering work for existing customers on a daily basis in a fast paced environment. Planning future bookings and moving drivers around to fill as much of the work as possible. Working towards weekly targets of shifts covered. Forming relationships with existing customers and developing business on these contracts. Keeping drivers happy and ensuring they have the work they want. Additional Duties Dealing with candidate applications, DVLA driving licence checks, resourcing, writing job adverts, compliance, dealing with customer and driver complaints and taking calls out of hours as part of the team 'on call' rota (we are available to customers and drivers by phone 24/7). Key Skills Communication and people skills are the most important part of this role. You will need to build relationships with drivers and transport staff and gain their trust. You will also be required to multi-task and prioritise your own workload whilst dealing with the constant interruptions of incoming phone calls. Attention to details and a methodical approach to work are essential. This is a collaborative, team orientated position with excellent opportunity for progression and great earning potential. Salary £23,000 to £25,000 plus bonus (Additional earnings of up to £5000 achievable in 1st year). Hours Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30 plus 'on call' as required.
