New Business Energy Sales Consultant main duties include: As an Energy Sales Consultant you will respond to online leads, take leads from LES' lead partners, our internal Meet and Greet team and the customer generation sales team; using a consultative approach to guide prospects to a sale from thorough understanding of their energy needs and consumption Delivering maximum customer service to achieve sales success and uphold our commitment to treating customers fairly during the sales journey Working to sales targets Creating a budding pipeline to nurture and convert through excellent relationship building Updating and amending system information as necessary to ensure accuracy is maintained Liaising with relevant departments where necessary to ensure a seamless sales process for the customer New Business Energy Sales Consultant experience/Skills: Proven experience of achieving direct sales targets within an Energy sales role with a steady employment history A tenacious attitude and the drive to succeed within a fast-paced sales environment A high level of will and want for a successful sales career Working at Love has it perks Take a look at some of our benefits...
