Project Coordinator

We're now looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Mobilisation manager with the on-boarding of new clients for Cloudfm. The main role of the Project Coordinator is to help ensure the success of new client mobilisations into Cloudfm, whilst also providing the Mobilisation Manager with administrative support when required. It needs somebody who is super organised and can communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. You will be the key to a smooth on-boarding for our Clients. Key responsibilities Working closely with the Mobilisation Manager to ensure work is being delivered on time and to budget, ensuring departmental milestones are met. Plan, schedule, and document site surveys for IoT (Internet of Things) installations, share findings with stakeholders. Collaborate with Cloudfm's Business Development Team to ensure an informative and high-quality flow of information. Collect and Administer data from Cloudfm's systems creating useable documents for client and internal stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, internally and externally. Participate and deliver workshops, training sessions, meetings, and operational engagement sessions, Organise and schedule internal and external meetings, minute the meetings and distribute. Create and deliver reports and presentations on progress, outstanding actions, and potential risks. Monitor and manage the Mobilisation Plan via project management software. Assist in the creation, organisation, and scheduling of client communications.
