IT Hardware Sales Account Executive - Basic £30,000 to £35,000 DOE, OTE £45,000 to £55,000- Epping, London ( High uncapped commission on every sale with a strong Basic/uncapped commission) The Role Do you have previous B2B sales experience and/ or passionate about developing a career in sales? Are you self- motivated and target driven? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are an IT equipment company, specialising in refurbished network hardware, looking to appoint an IT Hardware Sales Account Executive to achieve ambitious sales targets through developing and strengthening the company's existing and potential client base as well as converting inbound sales leads. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of an IT Hardware Sales Account Executive include, but are not limited to: Processes inbound leads and enquiries and converting to sales & orders. Build strong relationships with clients. Provide exemplary customer service. Maintain high levels of client contact. Establish and build relationships with multiple individuals throughout the managed accounts. Gap analysis to identify what is missing from the account. Researching prospective clients through a variety of resources Linkedin, websites and internal databases. Developing relationships with existing clients and ensuring increased customer spend. Updating and inputting records on our CRM systems. Adhere to our SOP's and produce accurate pipeline and sales reports. The Person The key skills and qualities of an IT Hardware Sales Account Executive are: Be able to demonstrate a natural flair for communicating and selling over the telephone with inbound enquiries at all levels. Strong IT skills are essential. Ability to work well as a member of a team and to undertake tasks using your own initiative. Excellent telephone skills are required. Understanding of IT products preferred. Self-Motivated and target driven. Looking to grow.
