Quality Control Administrator

Reporting to the Quality Control Manager the successful candidate will work in collaboration with the other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of client projects and will be responsible for a wide variety of research, project and process related tasks, including proofreading and editing, open-end comment coding, data cleaning and data entry, price and promotion checking, web searches and report validation. • Managing data validation to schedule for projects
• Attending project design and review meetings
• Proofreading and editing of text
• Open-end comment coding
• Data cleaning and data entry
• Price and promotion checking, web searches and online research
• Meeting specific data quality and productivity standards
• Process design and improvement
• Error correction and performance feedback to the Client Services and Field departments
• Effective communication to all stakeholders on all allocated projects What the employer is looking for:
